2nd Chances of Hope – Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To keep our programs fair and organized for all participants, 2nd Chances of Hope Corp has the following refund policy:
 

1. Standard Refunds

• Full refunds are only available if you cancel within 3 days of registration.

• After the 3-day window, no refunds will be issued unless it’s due to a verified medical reason (see below).

2. Medical Exceptions

• If a participant cannot continue due to injury or illness, you must provide a valid doctor’s note within 5 business days of treatment.

• Any approved refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended.

3. Missed Sessions

• Missed group sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled individually.

• For private sessions, cancellations without at least 24-hour notice will be forfeited.

4. Program Cancellations by Us

• If 2nd Chances of Hope Corp cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a full refund or the option to credit the payment toward a future program.

5. Enrollment Fees

• The $25 enrollment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
